Ek Khaas Aadmi is a short film about Rohit who wishes to join a protest rally and do something for the country but is stopped by Sameera his wife. From the Arab Spring to the student protests in Hong Kong there is an avalanche of political movements worldwide in which the educated Indian elite too is beginning to get involved. Rohit is a senior corporate executive who surprises his wife Sameera one morning with his decision to participate in a political rally. Sameera is caught off guard and this leads to a confrontation between them. When Rohit's high profile boss arrives to pick him up for the same rally Sameera appears to change her mind. But it's only the beginning of a long journey.
