Thanks to all the vegans out there for helping me eat more plant based last year! I'm continuing into 2017 eating mostly plant based, but I'm not committed to any labels or strict diets. That was a first, and it was so wildly successful, we didn't have ANY leftovers and Steve said it was the best thing I've ever made on Tasty Tuesday besides the tamales from 2015! Whoa.
