The software uses radio frequency waves and has to be physically inserted in the computers. The technology has also been surprisingly used against allies and partners in terrorism such as Saudi Arabia, India and Pakistan. • Pakistan's Peshawar world's 'largest reservoir' of polio: WHO The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared Pakistan's city of Peshawar as the world's "largest reservoir" of endemic polio. Citing the rise in polio cases in Pakistan from 2012 to 2013, the WHO has called for immediate action for eliminating the virus. • Egypt passes new constitution Egypt's Electoral Commission has announced that Egyptian voters have overwhelmingly approved a new constitution, with 98.1% voting in favor of it. Supporters of deposed President Mohamed Morsy and his Muslim Brotherhood had boycotted the elections. 9 people have died and over 400 have been arrested on charges of disrupting the vote.
