There are two rooms in the lab.  Room 1 has 125 switches and the room 2 has equal number of bulbs such that each bulb has a corresponding unique switch in room 1. Each bulb has a sensor attached below it which emits light for eleven seconds after the bulb is switched off. There is a counter at the door that connects the two rooms which increments by one (the counter shows integer values only), when Rahul passes through. Rahul is in the room that has switches. He has to identify correct pairs of switches and bulbs. The counter is set to one initially. Rahul cannot switch on or off two bulbs at the same instant. He takes at- least one second to switch off one bulb. Also, the time taken by him to go from one room to other is ten seconds. What is the minimum value on the counter after Rahul identifies all the switches corresponding to each bulb correctly?
