1. | Content Editor / Sr. Editor / Content Author (Subject Line: CA – QADILR / VA) | |
The content team works on content (theory material, practice tests and full length tests) for CAT, XAT, SNAP, IIFT, NMAT, CMAT, UPSC Prelims, and Bank Exams |
End-to-end responsibility for content (theory material, practice tests and FLT's): |
• | Create content requirements from exam analysis | • | Source appropriate content | • | Review content for suitability in terms of difficulty level, language, match to exam and plagiarism | • | Editing for accuracy, removing ambiguity, clarity of exposition and presentation | • | Improvements in the products | • | Manage a team of Authors, Sr. Authors and Freelancers | |
Eligibility: |
• | Experience as a Content Developer / Faculty for MBA entrance exams is a must. If you do not have relevant experience, you can apply for the post of Content Author only. | |
Requirements: |
• | Deep understanding of concepts, with an eye for detail | • | Excellent written and spoken communication skills | • | Meticulousness, with an innate desire for perfection | • | Ability to handle deadlines and responsibility | • | Ability to work in a team and multi-task | • | Willingness to work across functions in the team | • | Command over MS-Office – Word and PowerPoint | • | Team management and administrative skills | |

2. | Student Counselor (Subject Line: EX – CS) | |
The support team is the first point of contact for our users. It interacts with users on a daily basis to provide counseling/guidance on various exams and resolves user issues/complaints/queries. |
Work Profile: |
• | Provide counseling and guidance to users on various competitive exams | • | Cross-sell courseware to users based on analysis of their requirement | • | Provide pre-sales, during-sales and post-sales support to users | • | Resolve user issues | |
Required: |
• | Excellent spoken and written communication skills | • | Basic knowledge of various competitive entrance exams, their eligibility, structure etc | • | Ability to learn quickly and independently | • | Ability to handle deadlines and responsibility | • | Ability to work in a team and multi-task | • | Willingness to work across functions in the team | • | Command over MS-Office – Word and Excel | |
Preferred (not compulsory): |
• | Previous experience in a customer facing role | • | Previous experience in the coaching/education industry | |
Remuneration: |
