Arvind Kejriwal is their Chief Minister designate. The swearing-in ceremony is expected to take place on December 26. • US rules out apology or withdrawal of Khobragade case even as John Kerry expresses regret The United States has said that it will neither apologize nor withdraw the visa fraud case against Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade as it was a serious law-enforcement issue. US Secretary of State John Kerry has expressed regret at the treatment meted out to her but said that it should not hurt Indo-US ties. • Apple signs iPhone deal with China Mobile Apple has reached a multiyear deal with China Mobile, China's largest wireless carrier, to sell its flagship iPhone device. Under the agreement, according to a statement by Apple, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c phones will be available at China Mobile and Apple retail stores across mainland China starting January 17.
