He informed them that the erasers will be distributed the next day. However, Shahul did not come to school the next day and Jamal took erasers thinking that his share would be 1/4 th  of the total. Unaware of this, Akshita, thinking on similar lines as Jamal, later divided the remaining erasers into four equal parts and took one part for herself leaving the rest behind. Later Phoolan also did the same, unaware of what Jamal and Akshita had done. Shahul then called Shagun and told her the ratio in which he wished to distribute the erasers and asked to take her share accordingly. If Shahul had bought a minimum number of
