The activities involved (in alphabetical order) are badminton, cooking, gardening, music, painting, swimming and yoga. However, the schedule follows certain rules as under to ensure maximum benefits for the participants: The workshop on painting must be held on Friday. No two activities among badminton, swimming and yoga are to be conducted on consecutive days.  The workshop on gardening must be held either on Sunday or immediately after the workshop on cooking.
